May Chen: That is kind of a politically-loaded question.  I’m not sure if I should divulge because I forget if what I just recently learned is for the public.  But let’s just say in general – based on what I know – the Chinese have guidelines but adherence is lacking.  My understanding is that Chinese doctors don’t like guidelines.  They are there， but they are being duly ignored in many cases， not all.
