[CIT2010]来自EuroPCR的观点——Prof. Jean Marco专访
Viewpoints From EuroPCR ——Live Interview with Prof. Jean Marco
The main object of these conversations is to exchange points of view between cardiologists working in China and cardiologists working in Europe. So we have selected some topics in order to discover whether or not there are any differences in daily practice between China and Europe......
<International Circulation>:Are there any new techniques emerging in the field of interventional cardiology?
Prof. Marco: The treatment of valvular disease by a percutaneous approach is very fascinating. We are now using a percutaneous approach to implant aortic valve prostheses. In China, there may be a future for this treatment. Also, the treatment of mitral regurgitation by a transcatheter approach is emerging and this may be a great opportunity for China. In the field of coronary intervention there is a new generation of DES that is emerging in the U.S, Europe, and China that have a great future for the treatment of patients with coronary artery disease. Bioabsorbable technology may be the future because this eliminates metal in the coronary artery.
